1. Copyright respect
InkDeks Demo Print Shop provides a demo workflow for custom apparel, print files, mockups, and proof approvals. Customers must not upload, request, or approve production of content that infringes another party's rights.
This includes copyrighted artwork, photographs, characters, brand marks, trade names, slogans, product imagery, or other protected material used without permission.
2. Submitting a copyright notice
If you believe material on the InkDeks Demo Print Shop website or in a customer order infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@clientdomain.com with enough detail for review.
- Your name, organization if applicable, email address, and physical or mailing address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The URL, order reference, image, file name, or other location of the disputed material.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Review and action
After receiving a complete notice, InkDeks Demo Print Shop may remove or disable access to disputed content, pause related production, contact the customer, request additional documentation, or take other reasonable action.
Because this is a demo portal, the final operational process should be reviewed before the website is used for live copyright complaints.
4. Counter notice
If a customer believes content was removed or production was paused by mistake, the customer may send a counter notice to hello@clientdomain.com explaining why the content is authorized or not infringing.
A counter notice should include customer contact details, identification of the removed or disputed material, a good faith statement, consent to applicable jurisdiction where required, and a physical or electronic signature.
5. Repeat infringement
InkDeks Demo Print Shop may restrict, suspend, or close accounts that repeatedly submit infringing content or repeatedly request production using protected artwork without permission.
6. False or incomplete notices
Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete copyright claims can cause real harm. Copyright notices and counter notices should be accurate and submitted only by the rights owner or an authorized representative.
7. Contact
Copyright notices, counter notices, and artwork rights questions can be sent to hello@clientdomain.com.
