This website is a demo customer portal for a print-on-demand and custom apparel workflow. Production businesses should review this sample copy with their own legal advisor before going live.
2. Customer accounts and order information
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing accurate billing, shipping, artwork, size, color, and contact information.
If order details are incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent with the uploaded artwork, InkDeks Demo Print Shop may pause the order and request confirmation before production continues.
3. Artwork, designs, and proofs
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo, artwork, trademark, photograph, slogan, or file uploaded to the portal.
Digital mockups and production proofs are provided so customers can review placement, scale, spelling, product color, and production notes before approval.
- Production can begin after a proof or order setup is approved.
- Approved artwork errors, low-resolution uploads, or spelling mistakes may not qualify for a free remake.
- InkDeks Demo Print Shop may decline artwork that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or unsuitable for production.
4. Pricing, payment, and invoices
Catalog prices, setup fees, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and invoice totals may vary by product, quantity, print method, destination, and active promotion.
Orders may require full payment, deposit payment, or invoice approval before fulfillment begins. Failed, disputed, or reversed payments may delay or cancel an order.
5. Production, shipping, and delivery
Estimated turnaround times are provided for planning only. Actual timing can be affected by proof revisions, product availability, payment status, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, and address issues.
InkDeks Demo Print Shop may use third-party production partners, shipping carriers, payment providers, email tools, and storage services to complete customer orders.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, InkDeks Demo Print Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to website use, order delays, rejected artwork, carrier issues, or lost business opportunities.
The maximum responsibility for a confirmed order issue is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.
